Now that authors have received their submission results the online submission portal is once again available for you to submit your full paper submissions. Your login details to the online portal will be the same as those created and used during your initial submission.

Whilst the program committee will endeavour to offer submitters who meet the selection criteria their preferred format of presentation, this cannot be guaranteed and final selection decision of the program committee will stand.
Prior to continuing with your submission it is requested that you read and agree to the below guidelines, terms and conditions.
Each submitter has permission from their internal corporate affairs department to submit this material.
You are comfortable to be contacted for a media interview (both in the lead up period and during the congress).
All accepted presenters are required to register, pay, attend and present their material at the ITS World Congress 2016.
I am aware that only submissions from authors (or co-authors) who are actually presenting the submission / poster at the congress will be published.
There are specific guidelines that you must adhere to when submitting your work for the ITS World Congress 2016. The guidelines can be found in the call for papers brochure.

A registration fee is associated with all ITS Congresses. All accepted and invited paper speakers and special session moderators and speakers are required to register on time and pay accordingly for the ITS 2016 World Congress. The main author or designated speakers are required to register when submitting their final paper. All speakers must register by August 2016. Failure to do this could result in losing your presentation slot.
The theme for the 2016 World Congress is “Enhancing Liveable Cities and Communities”. This theme will be explored and discussed through the following sub themes:
