MEN LEONG CHEW Mr Chew Men Leong was appointed the Chief Executive of LTA, Singapore’s Land Transport Authority in 2014 and concurrently chairs the MSI Board. He sits on the Board of Jurong Port Pte Ltd and The Urban Redevelopment (URA); and is an independent Director of Jaya Holdings Pte Ltd. Mr Chew has held many high level positions, including Chief Executive at Public Utilities Board (PUB), Executive Director of the Environment and Water Industry Programme Office (EWI) and Chief of the Republic of Singapore Navy (RSN). |
Mr Chew was awarded the SAF Overseas Scholarship in 1987, graduated with First Class Honours degree in Engineering from the Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine, United Kingdom in 1990, and earned his Master of Science (Management) from Stanford University, United States in 2002. He was awarded the Public Administration Medal – Gold (Military) by the Singapore Government in 2008.
